Celebrate Maple Season at Terra Cotta Conservation Area: Save $2 per Ticket with Early-bird Pricing

Feb. 11, 2026–Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) together with its charitable arm, Credit Valley Conservation Foundation (CVCF) invite residents and visitors to celebrate the sweetness of the season at its annual Maple Syrup in the Park festival at Terra Cotta Conservation Area in Halton Hills. This event welcomes families and visitors of all ages from across the Greater Toronto Area, offering an opportunity to connect with nature while experiencing the rich culture and heritage of our region.

Early-bird Tickets on Sale Now

Save $2 per ticket when you purchase before February 25 or while supplies last. Credit Valley Parks passholders save an additional 15 per cent on the early bird special and regular priced tickets.

This year’s Maple Syrup in the Park festival is proudly presented by one of CVCF’s long-standing partners, 407 ETR, whose support helps make this beloved early spring tradition possible. Taking place on March 19 to 22, 28 and 29, visitors are invited to explore the history, culture and fun of maple syrup production through hands-on experiences and interactive activities.

New and Returning Activities for 2026

Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities included with general admission, such as:

  • Trackless train rides that are fun for the whole family
  • Daily children’s entertainment, including face painting, magic shows or puppet shows
  • Wagon rides to the sugarbush to learn how sap is collected from sugar maple trees
  • Maple Mystery Challenge, where guests help uncover which woodland animal has been sneaking sips of sap in the Maple Hills Sugarbush
  • Five educational stations featuring historical and modern demonstrations of maple syrup production
  • Indigenous stories and songs from traditional helpers (Oshkabewis) and a Fire Keeper at the sweat lodge (Madoodiswan)
  • Blacksmith demonstrations showcasing traditional ironworking techniques
  • Family friendly activities, including a maple-themed storybook walk, selfie stations and giant outdoor games

Guests can round out their visit with a stop at the Pancake House for freshly made pancakes topped with real maple syrup. Maple taffy and other maple-themed treats will be available for purchase on-site.

Early bird pricing is available from February 11 to 25 or until discounted tickets sell out. Tickets can be purchased online at cvc.ca/MapleSyrup, by phone at 1-800-367-0890 or at the park during event dates.
